  • 气压焊接施工工艺:  1、机具氧气:所使用的瓶装氧气(O2)纯度必须在99.5%以上,即达到工业一级纯度。  乙炔气:宜使用瓶装乙炔气(C2H2),纯度为低于98%,工作压力0.05-0.07Mpa.为有利于气流的稳定,一般应两瓶乙炔气并联使用。  焊接夹具:对钢筋应有足够的夹紧能力,既不夹伤钢筋,又要保证钢筋不偏心不弯折,并易于操作。  多嘴环管加热器:即环形焊炬,由混气室和加热圈组成,其材质和性能、施焊时火嘴数应符合射吸式焊距的有关要求,应按照钢筋直径和环境温度选用。  加压器:由手动油泵、油压表、顶压油缸和输油管组成,要求密封性好,耐弯折,并具有使钢筋接面轴向压力达到35-50 Mpa的能力。  砂轮切割机:用以切平钢筋端头。  角向磨光机:砂轮直径100-120 mm,用以打磨钢筋端头。  2、作业条件设备齐全并应保证质量,施焊前必须认真对设备进行检查。  焊工必须持合格证。  施焊前现场对所用钢筋进行气压焊工艺性能试验,每批钢筋焊接6个接头,经外观检查后,三拉三弯,试验合格后,方可正式施焊。  做好钢筋的下料工作,计算切割长度时,应考虑焊接接头的压缩量,每一个接头的压缩量约为一个焊接钢筋的直径的长度。  3、操作工艺钢筋端头处理:  进行气压焊的钢筋端头不得形成马蹄形、压偏形或弯曲,必要时进行切除,保证钢筋端头断面和轴线成直角,不得有弯曲,并用角向磨光机倒角露出金属光泽,没有氧化现象,并清除钢筋端头100 mm范围内的锈蚀、油污、水泥等。打磨钢筋应在当天进行,防止打磨后再生锈。  安装接长钢筋:先将夹具夹在已处理好的两根钢筋上,接好的钢筋上下要同心,固定夹具应将顶丝上紧。  钢筋加热加压:焊接开始时,火焰中心对准压焊面缝隙,使钢筋表面温度达到炽白状态(约120度),同时增大对钢筋的轴向压力,按钢筋截面积计为30-40 Mpa,使压焊部位的膨胀直径达到钢筋直径的1.4倍以上,镦粗区平稳光滑,没有明显凸起和塌陷。  拆卸夹具:将火焰熄灭后,加压并稍延滞,红色消失后,即可卸夹具。焊件在空气中自然冷却,不得水冷。

  • (1)每个焊点的焊接周期可大幅度降低,因为焊钳的张开程度是由机器人精确控制的,机器人在点与点之间的移动过程,焊钳就可以开始闭合;而焊完一点后,焊钳一边张开,机器人就可以一边位移,不必等机器人到位后,焊钳才闭合或焊钳完全张开后机器人再移动。(2)焊钳张开度可以根据工件的情况任意调整,只要不发生碰撞或干涉,可尽可能减少张开度,以节省焊钳开度,节省焊钳开合所占的时间。(3)焊钳闭合加压时,不仅压力大小可以调节,而且在闭合时两电极是轻轻闭合,可减少撞击变形和噪声。

  • 由于采用了一体化焊钳,焊接变压器装在焊钳后面,所以点焊机器人的变压器必须尽量小型化。对于容量较小的变压器可以用50Hz工频交流,而对于容量较大的变压器,工业上已经开始采用逆变技术把50Hz工频交流变为600~700Hz交流,使变压器的体积减少、减轻。变压后可以直接用600~700Hz交流电焊接,也可以再进行二次整流,用直流电焊接,焊接参数由定时器调节。目前,新型定时器已经微机化,因此机器人控制柜可以直接控制定时器,无需另配接口。点焊机器人的焊钳,用电伺服点焊钳,焊钳的张开和闭合由伺服电机驱动,码盘反馈,使焊钳的张开度可以根据实际需要任意选定并预置,而且电极间的压紧力也可以无级调节。
